UK plots road to emission cuts

Ed Miliband, Minister for Energy and Climate Change has announced the UK’s plans to cut emissions. The plan is set out so that the UK can achieve 34% cuts in the levels found in 1990 by 2020. This cut is equivelant to cutting emissions entirely from four cities the size of London.
